Dr. Ernest Ndukwe, the chairman of the MTN Nigeria board, and Dr. Leo Stan Ekeh, the chairman of TD Africa, have both urged for lower mobile phone costs in order to increase accessibility in the nation. At the introduction of ZTE’s newest smartphones in collaboration with TD Africa, they made the call in Lagos.

In addition to praising ZTE and TD Africa’s partnership, Dr. Ndukwe emphasized the necessity of lowering cell phone costs so that more Nigerians may benefit from the telecom revolution. He emphasized the value of ongoing innovation and openness in the sector. He was excited about the cooperation and congratulated TD Africa Distribution on its 25th anniversary.

Also speaking, Dr. Ekeh concurred no less with Dr. Ndukwe. He was enthusiastic about the partnership’s prospects. He exhorted TD Africa’s partners to stay firm in the IT sector, where they are well-positioned for both immediate expansion and sustained profitability. His remarks struck a chord with the crowd, highlighting how we must all work together to advance accessibility and technology in Africa.

ZTE’s most recent mobile devices, such as the ZTE V60 Design, Nubia Neo2, and Nubia Focus Pro, were on display at the event in an amazing lineup. These smartphones are a new generation of lifestyle phones that were released in advance of the AI disruption. They sold out with a massive pre-order at the introduction.

In addition to Ndukwe and Ekeh, CEOs from the tech and e-commerce industries were present at the event, which attracted a lot of media interest from prominent outlets.

TD Africa has once again shown why it is a leader in the tech distribution market. The company is renowned for its strategic alliances and dedication to quality. TD has partnerships with foreign businesses, including well-known brands in the industry as Dell Technologies, HP, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, and Starlink. This occasion not only demonstrated the depth of its collaboration with ZTE, but it also reaffirmed its function as a driving force behind technical progress in Nigeria.

The introduction of ZTE’s most recent mobile lineup was the main event of the launch ceremony. A demonstration showcasing the unique features and capabilities of the ZTE V60 Design, Nubia Neo2, and Nubia Focus Pro was given to the attendees. These devices offer remarkable performance, stylish designs, and cutting-edge technology, and they are made to meet a wide range of needs for Nigerian users.

These smartphones are made for people who value style and quality while still being reasonably priced. It is expected that the ZTE V60 Design, in particular, would completely transform the smartphone industry thanks to its cutting-edge features and intuitive UI.

The launch event celebrated creativity, collaboration, and the prospect of a more promising technological future rather than merely serving as a display for new items. A wonderful supper, music, and entertainment were provided for the attendees. A live raffle draw was also held throughout the event, with five lucky winners receiving brand-new ZTE phones. An additional layer of celebration was added to the evening when the winners were revealed. The delight and enthusiasm were evident.

Chioma Chimere, TD Africa’s Coordinating Managing Director, discussed the significance of ensuring that everyone has access to cutting-edge technology. “TD Africa and ZTE’s collaboration ushers in a new chapter in Africa’s mobile history. We are poised to reshape the mobile market by utilizing ZTE’s cutting-edge technology and TD Africa’s vast distribution network, offering our clients unmatched value and options,” the spokesperson stated.

Mrs. Chimere also disclosed a unique pre-order bonus. At the launch, partners that placed 200 ZTE device preorders would receive a complimentary 32-inch Smart HDTV. In order to reassure partners and clients that TD will meet their needs regardless of number, she underlined TD Africa’s and ZTE’s commitment to delivering orders of any size.

Mr. Ding Deng Kerwin, CEO of ZTE Nigeria, thanked the partners and leadership of TD Africa while introducing the ZTE line. He underlined the business’ dedication to innovation and client happiness, saying that we must keep going forward and allow aspirations to come true. He also emphasized ZTE’s dedication to providing outstanding performance, fashionable designs, and state-of-the-art technologies.

Following the unveiling, there was a networking event that gave tech enthusiasts and business executives a great chance to connect and talk about what the future holds for mobile technology in Nigeria. In addition to leaving with a better knowledge of the ZTE product line, guests also took away swag bags full of gifts, making the event really unforgettable.
