Defamation, Cyberbullying, false allegations, and detention have been critical headlines in all media as Toyin Abraham, with police influence, arrested an X user for alleged defamation.
It all transpired after an X user identified as Ayo boldly called out Toyin Abraham over her political choice, which has turned out to be a menace to the citizens.
She voted for Tinubu, the current Nigerian president, and people are unhappy with her.
Among all these people foresaw Ayo, who was not buying Toyin Abraham’s profile. He made a post calling out Toyin Abraham, claiming it wouldn’t be well with her.
Replying to him in the Yoruba dialect, she cursed his mother and family.
However, she didn’t entirely stop there, as she further allegedly used the Police Force to track and arrest Ayo’s mother and sister.
Learning about this, Ayo submitted himself to the police department to free his sister and mother.
Nigerians fumed and called out Toyin Abraham, demanding Ayo’s release, which struck her nerves, and she publicly debunked that she had arrested him.
This sparked a heavy reaction among Nigerians, who have resorted to canceling her if Ayo is not released today.
