Paul Pogba set to return as recent appeal reduce ban

Paul Pogba will be returning to football activities in 2025 after winning a new appeal over his ban.

The former Manchester United midfielder won his appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, strictly reducing his four year ban to 18 months.

Expressing his bliss on what he described as a nightmare, the world cup winner announced the good news.

Outlining it as a distressing period, he finalised that he now looks forward to “the day when he can follow his dreams again”

His statement reads:

“Finally the nightmare is over, I can look forward to the day when I can follow my dreams again…”

“This has been a hugely distressing period in my life because everything I have worked so hard for has been put on hold”

Paul Pogba was penalised with a four year ban after testing positive to doping. This which was impacted by his mental stability exploited by his brother who allegedly extorted money from him and manipulated him.

Paul Pogba opened up about the struggle to help create mental health awareness and also admitted to his brother’s act leading him to depression and distress. Also, he revealed that his brother imposed several cruel allegations to him so as to extort money from him.

Pogba will resume training with Juventus in January 2025 and would return to professional football activities in March after serving his few months ban left in his recent appeal.

Football fans has expressed excitement as they will have the chance to experience Pogba’s talent once more.
