The Tesla CEO and owner of X was invited on Stage by the former president who applauded him for what he described as salvation for free speech by his take-over of X and described him as a person who will help to build an incredible future.
This happened in the same arena where Trump took a bullet on his right ear while addressing a crowd of his supporters.
During his speech, Elon Musk reiterated his support for the Republican presidential candidate while urging electorates to ensure that they participate in the forthcoming elections and vote the Trump-Vance team.
Wearing a black face-cap with the inscription, “Make America Great Again,” the world’s richest man insisted that if America’s democracy must be saved, then Donald Trump has to win the elections.
“President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America. This is a must win situation,” he said.
Losing the election to the democrats, under whose platform, Kamala Harris is vying for the White house, would render America a country without freedom of speech, according to Musk.
He alleged that if the democrats, regained power, many Americans would lose their right to firearms.
However, Democrats had previously published on their website that they would work towards reducing gun violence in America while respecting the rights of responsible gun owners.
Musk also described himself as a “Dark MAGA,” hence the colour of his cap.
Earlier, Donald Trump appreciated the Secret Service people who took a line of duty to protect him when an assassination attempt was made on his life in Pennsylvania where he just returned to on Sunday.
However, Musk’s appearance on stage at a Trump rally has caused a buzz on social media as netizens troll the world’s richest man for jumping to a muse.
