2021 ending kicked in an enchanting talent who is known popularly as Portable. The Nigerian young talent was introduced to the Nigerian music firm during the fiesta period and within such, he rapidly gained prominence.
This was often spanked by the CEO of YBNL Olamide who offered him a profound opportunity to prove his talent by featuring him on the song “Zazu Zeeh” ft Poco Lee the great Nigerian dancer. This juncture fancied the popular moment the young singer and songwriter clung to Olamide in tears of gratification which went viral via all the social media platforms.
Their bond even yielded satisfying results after their collaboration on the single “Zazu Zeeh” became the fiesta anthem. Everyone jammed to the single and his status was embossed with renown qualities. To date, the single is recognised as one of the best songs of the new year.
However, everything seemed not attached as supposed. Secrete grudges have been roaming like pandemonium in the heart of Portable following the alleged ripping and discrimination his promoter, Kogbagidi and the Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee had deployed on him.
The first conflict whacked in the core when Portable allegedly called out Poco Lee for allegedly ripping him off his hard-earned money and smuggled millions of dollars sprayed on him by Wizkid Ayo.
2021 December ending, Portable was able to feature in several extraordinary concerts owned and sponsored by Wizkid and Olamide. The alleged act of embezzlement condoned by Poco Lee occurred during Wizkid’s concert in Lagos where Poco Lee was caught allegedly smuggling loads of dollars Wizkid sprayed on Portable while he performed his hit song “Zazu Zeeh”.
A few days after the show, the youngster overcame his fear and called out Poco Lee for allegedly ripping him off the money Wizkid sprayed on him. This trended via all the social media platforms which grieved his promoter, Kogbagidi to an extent that he attempted terminating his contract with Portable. Everything quenched when the youngster apologised for his wrath explosion.
Just while the public mass thought everything have quenched, Portable was spotted in a viral video fighting street gangsters and his promoter. He was seen boldly and in a tantrum expressing his displeasure and anger at how his promoter had allegedly enslaved his efforts and talent on several occasions.
This saga has forced Nigerians to tag his musical career cruel. As recorded by many commend and comments, Portable may likely fade from the Nigerian music firm if he doesn’t control his aggressive temperaments.
The public mass has condemned these habits attached to his image; drug abuse, Disdainful approaches, cruel comments and aggressive relationships with his colleagues. He may likely fade if he doesn’t mould these scars as confirmed by many.
