Tragedy has struck the Nigerian entertaiment industry again as the Nollywood veteran Emmanuel France is reportedly dead.
The icon who has stared in several movie cast succumbed to the call of nature at the early hours of Monday after an alleged illness.
The news was spread by his colleague who expressed his pain.
Identifying him as a Nollywood legend, he credited his dedication and paid a profound homage to him.
His words
“Rest in peace to one of Nollywood legends. Uncle Emmanuel France, One of the actors I took to Tanzania in 2006 , Shot three movie with him ; Cross MY sin, She Is My Sister & THE Director. R.I.P”
Nigerians also took to their social media handles to bid their condolences to the family of the deceased.
Meanwhile, his family is yet to disclose the real cause of his death but several sources has stressed that he suffered an undisclosed illness.
Emmanuel France’s legacy lives on to what he has offered to the growth of Nollywood, having deployed an outstanding casts to most of his roles. His death even add to the view of another list gem in the Nigerian entertaiment industry.
