Nigerian Afrobeat giant Wizkid has once more accumulated the trending space on X a few hours after Nicki Minaj complimented him.
The American Rapper opened up about meeting Wizkid while also describing him, leaving many in shock.
During her recent live stream on StationHead, the heavily endowed Rapper referred to Wizkid as a calm, intelligent person.
“He’s really that guy, very smart. I have much love and respect for him” she said
She further revealed that she loves him because of his qualities and personality while also showing that they met several years ago in New York while she was recording her album “Queen”
Wizkid’s relationship with Nicki Minaj is no new bond as they have secretly maintained a good friendship since they met in 2018.
Wizkid has breached dimension to attain a feat most global artist dream to obtain. Following his successful career, he has earned a name among the piooneers of the current Afrobeat phase.
Since his debut to date, his global recongnition also served as one of the reasons Nigerian music gems attracts incredible names for possible collaboration after ‘Ojuwelegba’ impact.
