English highly renowned singer, music mogul and former One Direction band member Liam Payne has tragically passed on at 31.
The adored musician died on the 16th of October 2024 after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as disclosed by several sources.
Reports confirmed that the local police received a 911 call featuring an ‘aggressive individual under the influence of drugs or alcohol.’
Payne recently celebrated his 31st birthday and was spotted attending Niall Horan’s concert in Argentina on October 2 with his Girlfriend.
Before date, several clips of him chilling with his girlfriend before she would leave on 14th, leaving Payne to himself has ganered massive views so far. He would lodge to the hotel where he passed hours after she left.
From his legacy, the British singer is popularly celebrated for his One Direction era. He debuted in 2010 with bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Horan.
In details Buenos Aires police reported earlier in a statement that Payne fell from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel in the trendy Palermo neighborhood of Argentina’s capital, resulting in “extremely serious injuries.” His death was confirmed on the spot without hesitation.
The communications director for the Buenos Aires Security Ministry, Pablo Policicchio also voiced to The Associated Press that the British singer “had jumped from the balcony of his room.”
As disclosed above, Police responded to an emergency call just after 5 p.m. warning of an “aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”
Albe, the state emergency medical system, also disclosed via Argentina’s Todo Noticias TV channel that authorities have commenced investigation to explore the circumstances attached to his death with a clear concept and conduct a thorough autopsy.
Meanwhile, before his tragic death, the English singer had been vocally specific about his struggles with alcoholism and drug addiction. This was backed by a video he posted on July 2023 via his YouTube channel, where he admitted to having been sober for six months and having received a committed rehabilitation treatment.
Upon the flying tragic news of his death, an enormous number of One Direction fans has flooded the scene of his death located at the Casa Sur Hotel, forming a non- penetrative line outside the hotel where police mounted their sentinel.
Investigators were also spotted exiting the hotel with Payne’s body hours after the fall. Pained individuals were spotted filming the moment.
