Thunderbolts by Marvel Studios enjoyed its first teaser trailer and poster release on Monday, 23 September 2024, unveiling the least expected movie cast that has got many talking.
The movie trailer has caused excitement amongst fans of Marvels who are eagerly awaiting the release of the Supposed “epic movie” which is scheduled for a release only in US Theatres on May 2, 2025.
The movie features notable Marvel actors such as Florence Pugh, who returns as depressed assassin Yelena Belova, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes and David Harbour as Red Guardian.
Other members of cast in the “soon-to-be-released” movie epic include Wyatt Russell who makes a notable appearance as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster and Hannah John-Kamen taking up the character of a Ghost.
Similarly, Julia Louis-Dreyfus takes up the role of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine in the movie while Lewis Pullman and Geraldine Viswanathan also star in the Jake Schreier directed movie.
The new movie trailer for Thunderbolts brings Marvel’s antiheroes together in a secret facility, where each assumes the others are trying to kill them. So, their first introduction as a group is fighting themselves until they realize that they have company, Bob, who apparently has a shielded plan.
While mysterious Bob serves as Marvels’ own dark superman, the antiheroes later become a force, working together and fighting for humanity as the original defenders of the humans become unseen.
While these marvel heroes are in this instance presented as good guys, we later understand that they are a group of guys who have also had their bad sides and maybe even worse. They are otherwise described as former villains.
Following the trailer release, Forbes, in its publication described the trailer as simply “Fantastic.”
Kevin Feige takes credit for producing the movie while Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez and Scarlett Johansson serve as executive producers.
