Dr Adedeji Adeleke, the father of the renowned Nigerian singer, Davido has accumulated the trending space on all the social media platforms after donating N1 billion in his church to honour his late mother, Nnenna Esther Adeleke.
The family of Adeleke, including Davido, recently went for a Thanksgiving church service to honour the passing of their beloved one, Esther Adeleke, and it all emerged to be beautiful.
However, Davido’s father left fans curious about his wealth after donating a whopping currency of N1 billion to honour his late mother.
The donation was also made to support the Centenary Endowment Fund, which was dedicated to his late mother as well.
“We donate a sum of N1bn in honour of our late mom” he said in viral video.
The committed family in several viral clips of the moment exchanged pleasantries and enjoyed their bonds, leaving fans in a massive reaction. Governor of Osun State also entertained viewers with his unique dancing qualities.
Davido has always credited the philanthropic qualities of his father and today proved how far the multi billionaire has gone with it. The ‘Gobe’ crooner once confessed to have inherited his philanthropic temperament from his father, which also was proven during their Thanksgiving service at their church today.
