Nigerian media personality and Tv presenter, Daddy Freeze has knocked at Nigerian penury merchants which has so far caused reactions amongst fans across the globe.
This came shortly after he opined publicly that any being whose net worth is estimated below N500k is living in a shamble of poverty.

He opted that such net worth will not sustain a normal life in urban areas in Nigeria like Lagos, Abuja and Jos.
In his words, he said:
“If you don’t have N500k cash in all your accounts joined together, you are living in poverty unless you live in a village. If you live in Port Harcourt, Lagos or Abuja, and you have less than N500k, you will live a substandard life.”
He captioned the clip:
“0.6% Of Nigerians Have Up To N500k In Their Bank Accounts A Study Suggests. Some People Are Saying You Can Live Comfortably With Less Than 500k Saved Up. I Totally Disagree.”
Some Nigerians agreed with him while some heavily lambasted him for shading struggling civilians.
