Nigerian singer and songwriter, Davido has given detail about the disbursement of funds he gave out for charity after he was called out by many.
Recall that Davido raised over 200 million funds from his close associates and friends after he publicly urged them to gift him money for his 29th birthday.

He however gave the fund for charity adding another 50 million to the fund from his pocket making it a total number of 250 million.
People became more concerned about the disbursement which impacted a lot of pressure on Davido following his silence.
Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu via his grieve stormed Instagram and called out Davido vowing that he must have condoned fake philanthropic activity.
Another Twitter influencer, Daniel Rapha also took to his Twitter handle and urged the “Gobe” crooner to give full detail of the disbursement.
In his words, he tweeted:
“Davido is yet to update the public regarding the N250m he donated, Feb. 15th marks two months he promised to give an update. If truly the money has been disbursed, Davido should make an official statement with a full detail of how each dime was spent. People are entitled to know.”
