The vice president of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo recently revealed a shock that has left the social media buzzing.
Yemi announced lately that their administration are striving so hard to lure the infrastructure of the internet database so as to destabilise the high cost of data in Nigeria.

The internet data market in Nigeria is costly and has ranged from a whopping amount of 1,200 to 1,300 for 1GB.
He outlined that if they are able to crash the high cost and establish a Nigerian based network, the price will cost as low as 390 which the whole Nigerians will find satisfying.
On Thursday, Speaking at the opening ceremony of 51st annual conference of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in Abuja, he also added that in three years by the time the government completes the broadband infrastructure, the data price would shatter.
It will also increase the internet speed to 10megabyte download speed per second (10mps).
