Francis Ngannou broke down in tears after brutally defeating Renan Ferreira upon his return to MMA and clinching another heavyweight title.
Tearfully dedicating the victory to his late son Kobe, the predator returns to his niche.
Exiting MMA voluntarily as a champion and a free agent, Francis would debut his boxing career against two Giants, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury, which didn’t turn out yielding.
Followed by the wave of the PFL: Battle of the Giants main event Saturday, Francis Ngannou once again deployed dominance out of the occasion.
The incredible moment Transpired at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Ngannou (18-3) recklessly handled Renan Ferreira (13-4) into an unrecognised status, followed with ground-and-pound punches from an entertaining knockout that graced stoppage at the first round.
Ngannou would enhance to the following round that foresaw him gaining his ground and brutally nailed Feirreira to defeat.
Ferreira’s four-fight winning streak is wrapped to the core following Ngannou’s return to MMA. Despite emerging as the best in his niche, bagging knockout wins over Matheus Scheffel, Maurice Greene, Denis Goltsov, and Ryan Bader, Ngannou defeated him with dominance.
Embracing the passion, Francis still bid on dedicating the victory to his son Kobe who recently passed on. He publicised that he was all attatched to attaining the victory for his late son and pleaded for his name to be remembered forever.
