American rapper and songwriter Drake have sparked reactions online after he withdrew from the two Major 2022 Grammy Award nominations he bagged.
Drake was nominated alongside other rappers for the Best Rap Album “Certified Lover Boy” and for the best Rap performance with his single “Way 2 Sexy” featuring Future and Young Thug but unlike other stars who crave for such, Drake instead withdrew from the nomination.

His reason is untold as social media buzz in reaction from fans who are eager to note his reasons.
Several sources also have disclosed that the decision was made very late when the voting has commenced. This has often forced the Grammy board not to replace such vacancies with other rappers. They will award the other four nominated in that category.
