A popular charismatic cleric Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka from Enugu has been allegedly removed from the Adoration Ministry.
Recall that in the recent trend, the spiritual director of the Enugu Catholic Adoration Ministry publicly declared one of the Nigerian 2023 presidential election candidates, Peter Obi ‘A stingy man’ while also urging his followers not to cast their votes for him.

This seriously landed him in trouble a moment after his vow went viral. Nigerians heavily lambasted him and reminded him of how awfully he convinced them to vote for the Nigerian current president, Mohammadu Buhari.
The Enugu Catholic Authority found this medium as a vital opportunity to protect the cleric from Nigerians and issued him a temporal ban that critically thrust Mbaka to publicly tender a composed apology to Peter Obi.
However, the Enugu Catholic Church Authority astonishingly uplifted his ban with a severe penalty.
Several sources confirmed that the cleric has been reportedly removed as the spiritual director of the Enugu State Catholic Adoration ministry and transferred to the Monastery where he won’t be able to condone his ministration.
He was immediately replaced by a new priest just like it’s popularly condoned in the structure of the Catholic Church.
His followers as expected were not pleased with the decision and threw a massive rally and protest announcing their pain.
They firstly slammed the first Priest and confidently assured him that they don’t need him declaring publicly that Mbaka built the ministry. Adding to their wrath they vowed that it’s unfair to see another priest enjoy what the popular cleric has suffered for.
One of the protesters was heard saying:
“This will lead to anarchy. It’s unthinkable that this kind of harsh decision could be made. We the adorers will never accept any other priest.”
“Fr. Mbaka suffered and built that place will sole effort. Now they have tactically hijacked the place through the backyard. Let’s see how they will succeed.”
In a video that has gone viral, the protesters were seen in the popular cleric’s comfort displaying their pain and wrath while chanting ‘We say no!’
