Kastina state Governor, Aminu Bello Masari has urged his people to fight the bandits with their teeth and decline to wait on the government for action.
The Governor who spoke in Hausa detailed his grieve urging his people to fight their enemies and if it involves biting, they should bite heavily.

Speaking in Hausa language, he said:
“It is important for you to fight your enemy, even with your teeth bite him. Where are the warriors? I don’t understand our people these days. What they should be doing is not what they are doing.
“You are waiting for brigadier somewhere to come, or soldiers and policemen or even fighting (sic) jet, is it not possible, they will do their work, but we need to join hands together.”
Heavy banditry activities has engulfed the beauty of the north as enormous numbers of citizen live in fear.
