A police First Information Report (FIR) tendered at the court by the prosecutor, Inspector Zakka Musa, outlined that his car hit at least 6 people and claimed the lives of 4 people on Wednesday, June 23 2021.
According to the reporter, he said:
“Those that died in the accident were identified as; Aisha Umar (30), Aisha Mamadu (32), Suleiman Abubakar(2), and Jummai Abubakar (30), while, Rejoice Annu (28) and Hajara Aliyu(27) sustained injuries.”
During the court section, the family of the deceased demanded $15 million for compensation which likely didn’t slide positively to Aminu’s grind following how he declined the truth and denied being responsible for their death.
The chief judge, therefore, ordered the late president’s son to be remanded in the prison till the next scheduled hearing.
