On Thursday, the House of Representatives rejected an offer that appeals for the Twitter suspension uplift in Nigeria.
According to Vanguard, the rejection came while the House was considering the report of its Committee on the ban.

the Deputy Minority Leader of the House, Toby Okechukwu suggested an amendment to one of the recommendations which involve an uplift of the Twitter ban.
The house of representatives however didn’t accept his crave and rejected the offer. This means that the Twitter ban in Nigeria is still yet to be uplifted.
