Nigerian footballer Odion Ighalo has been called back to the Nigerian national team years after quitting the job.
The striker who plays for Al-Shabab FC once resigned from playing for the Nigerian national team over an undisclosed trauma after the Nigerian last world cup.

Nigerian head coach Gernot Rohr announced his call back as many Nigerians reacted via their grinds.
Some reacted positively while some reacted negatively. However, Ighalo is yet to drop an official statement for his call to the Nigerian national team.
He will be ready to compete for the remaining world cup qualifying match having earned his place back at the team.
