Nigerians are currently celebrating, Dr Samuel Achilefu, a Nigerian Radiologist who invented high-tech infrared goggles which enable surgeons to see cancer cells during surgery.
It’s amazing how he did an extraordinary job for The goggles guarantee that no stray tumour cells, which glow blue when viewed through the eyewear, are left behind.
This instils that no tumour cells can be hidden if viewed by the goggle. He is so far the first-ever Nigerian to build such an amazing goggle.
