Twitter has announced their approval to discuss with the federal government of Nigeria for the reversal of their suspension in Nigeria.
This was announced through the official Twitter page where they detailed their interest in reversing the Twitter ban in Nigeria.

According to their tweet, they labelled their interest with the claim that they are ready to discuss with the Nigerian government so to reverse their microblogging suspension in Nigeria.
In their words, they said:
“Today marks one week since Twitter was blocked in Nigeria. We have informed the Nigerian government that we are ready to meet for an open discussion to address mutual concerns and see the service restored.”
“We remain advocates for the free and #OpenInternet everywhere.”
Lai Mohammed, the minister of culture and information, however, announced this approval to the Nigerian citizens before Twitter.
