Chelsea football club has finished second in their Champions League Group stage after slacking against Zenit in a 3-3 draw.
An early goal from Timo Werner put Chelsea ahead boosting their confidence as they attacked the underdog until they gained their confidence.

Zenit players dominated the first half after they took the advantage of Chelsea’s poor form in the midfield and the centre back. A beautiful header from Claudinho levelled the scoreline thrusting another beauty from Azmoun to make it 2-1 in the first half.
A quick change from Thomas Tuchel boosted Chelsea composure which resulted in a tap in from Romelu Lukaku equalising the goal tally to 2-2.
Another goal from Werner soared Chelsea ahead but was however punished in the injury time by Ozdoyev for poor defending.
Chelsea finished behind Juventus in their Champions League Group H as they await to face either Bayern Munich, Ajax, PSG, Manchester City and Liverpool in round 16 in May 2022.
