As anticipated, after the kick-off, Chelsea suffered intense pressure from Liverpool as they struggled to find their peak. This prompted Mohammed Salah’s clutch through pass that left Diaz with the vast space to force the ball into the back of the net in the 18th minute of the game.
After what seemed to be an eternity of pressure from the Reds, Chelsea bounced back and assumed possession with ease creating vital chances they never converted.
Despite deteriorating several vital chances, Axel Disasi converted one in the 37th minute of the game after slide-forcing a cold-timed assist from Ben Chilwell from the box.
He was pumped to score on his debut and also boosted his teammate’s confidence who deployed dominance to Liverpool’s maestros who were left struggling for possession.
The second half foresaw another classy dominance in favour of the London Giants who couldn’t convert their vital chances until the final whistle.
