UFC champion Kamaru Usman has publicly revealed why he can never fight his fellow Nigerian champion, Israel Adesanya who is toping his game presently.
The UFC welterweight champion, Kamara announced boldly that he can only move to the middleweight champion to compete if Adesanya is no longer the champion as he described the love he has for him.
He also vowed that he prefers to have two African world champions than to have just one which has so far pleased the whole Africans as they flaunt their success so far.
When asked if he has the urge to soar to another level, he boldly offered this utterance:
“Absolutely, absolutely. If Izzy’s willing to move up well he is moving up, but if he’s willing to give up that 185 belt and says I have nothing to do with that anymore then absolutely I would entertain that thought”
“On no account right now would I ever entertain going up to fight Izzy. That’s just not something that I’m interested in.”
“I’ve stated over and over before, I’d rather crave two Africans with belts as opposed to one African with two belts.”
“After March, it’s gonna be three Africans with four belts. It’s a good time to be an African.”
Usman and Isreal have been named the two most dominant African fighters in the UFC which best described their qualities. Their friendship presently is probably not going to put them up in a fight as champions.
